For a school district, we were able to work with the director for a summer gathering specks, training on cycle menus, providing assistance with regulations, menu development, ordering, planning and general preparedness for State Review.

Project | 02 Spec Book Update & Special Menus

A local school district wanted some help with some tedious projects. We were able to help with the spec books and special diet lists to provide for easy transitions for managers when they ordered for new dietary students.

Breakfast and menu programs and gone through state review. Through my experience we have implemented 6 alternative breakfast programs winning an award from the USDA and they passed the review process for reimbursable meals. In addition to our menus, recipes and spec books. I've also helped prepare a similar size district
